Thanks to IHA HOLIDAY I was able to get in touch with people who rightly do not want to use sites where they add a percentage to rent and then pay more.
Direct contact allows you to save and you're instantly in the apartment that you want to rent. You can get directly to the owner and we know best guests that want to stay in our House. Until now all good experiences. The subscription price is fair. We hope that it keep it that way!

IHA is the best website for owner that would like to rent their houses.
Very simple to find guests and very easy to communicate directly.
If you're looking to spend your holidays in Sardinia, remember to visit Ogliastra area that is the best in the island and can offer you sea and mountains in only 30 minutes.

All guests that I have received in my Villa Gonçalo have been impeccable.
I recommend this site both to owners than for the Guests.

I got the House in the IHA website for several years already, the direct contact with tourists is an asset, I get several contacts per week from people interested in stay hosted on my house, and so far has been very helpful to have the House in the IHA website , who's still with doubts advise registration on the site because it is an asset for your business.

On this site you can have direct contact with the owner BEFORE you book and prices will be cheaper as the owner will not have to pay any commission on your booking. Furthermore a lot of listings sites are now charging the guest a service fee AS WELL. You will not incur any service charges on this site.

I always prefer direct contact from individual to individual, it is more user friendly and much less impersonal. Indeed many other sites have been changed with commissions so extra charges for tenants. Hoping to have the pleasure to receive you and get better acquainted.

I renovated a ruin, on the beach, in one of the better protected fishing villages from the Opal Coast : Audresselles.
I decorated it for me and I made it a cottage in August 2012.
My first advert on IHA has been publishid this same month of 2012 and I immediately rented the opal to my amazement.
Since then, the opal is available on no other site rental as its fill rate is comfortable.

The IHA site has the particularity to direct connect vacationers and owners.
