IHA allows me to have direct contact with my holidaymakers. The link is established from the first questions, it allows both sides to make up their minds. In addition, I can set the rules without being forced by an intermediary who does not care about the relationship with the holidaymakers.

Present on the IHA site for several years, I appreciate being able to exchange directly with holidaymakers either by email or by phone. IHA does not charge commission on transactions and there are no hidden fees for either the owner or the holidaymakers. I can also manage holidaymakers' payments without having to wait until their first day of arrival to be paid. Thank you IHA!

For many years I have posted my holiday rental apartment on the IHA portal, with a very satisfactory result, both for myself and for the guests. The quality of the IHA web site is fantastic! With all the booking portals that take commission, it is so much nicer to deal directly with guests, so that guests get the best deal & holiday experience. This site does not filter a guests request!! Some times guest are helped with the low priced gapes, go to fantastic surrounding areas (game lodges, shark diving, bungee jumping, train trips, golf course experiences etc) and just have the best time ever, exploring the greater Cape Town. Dealing direct has and always will be, the most economical & best value way to go for travelers. Call & speak!!

The booking portal of IHA is one of the few that remain where travellers can still contact us directly, the owners, without intermediaries, without commissions. I like it because over the years IHA has kept that ' discreet ' touch. It is an interesting portal where you can see in different countries FANTASTIC.
