Description "Lepalmette" Charming & Luxury holiday letting in San Vito Lo Capo
The lovely chalet is overviewing the sea and is on two levels, A and B. It can host up to 6 guests, private uncovered parking. A large stone staircase leads from the parking place to the Mezzanine called App A (upper floor). Here we will find a confortable sleeping room with double bed, eventually with a kid as there is a kidkrabble at disposal; living/dining room opened to the fully fitted kitchen. In the living we will find beds of masonry usable for children as sleeping beds during the night (1, 87 x 80 cm). Two air conditioning units (cool and heat). One bath with shower. LCD TV sat. WIFI. BBQ. Spacious covered and nice uncovered panoramic terraces with marvellous view onto the sea and overlooking the famous Tonnara of San Vito. LEVEL B: equipped with air conditioning in the little kitchen/living space, we find two sleeping rooms for 4 people (one is with skylightwindow) 1 bath, beautiful opened terrace with unbeatable sea view.
